Astra — Privacy Policy

Astra ("the app") is a daily horoscope app. This policy explains what data the app uses and how. We designed Astra to collect as little as possible — there are no accounts, no sign-ups, and no advertising or analytics trackers.

Information we handle

• Your birth date is used only on your device to work out your zodiac sign. The birth date itself is never stored and never sent anywhere — only the resulting zodiac sign is kept.
• On-device preferences — your zodiac sign, chosen language, and daily-reminder time — are stored locally on your phone (device storage). They are not linked to your identity and are not uploaded to us.
• Horoscope requests — to generate your reading, the app sends your zodiac sign, the date, and your language to our server. No name, email, phone number, account, precise location, or device identifier is sent.

Service providers

• Vercel hosts our server that returns the horoscope text.
• Google (Gemini API) generates the horoscope text from the sign/date/language above. See Google's privacy terms at ai.google.dev/gemini-api/terms.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising, and we do not use analytics or tracking SDKs.

Notifications

If you enable the daily reminder, the app schedules a local notification on your device at the time you choose. This runs entirely on your phone.

Children

Astra is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Data retention

On-device preferences remain until you clear the app data or uninstall the app. Generated horoscope text may be cached on the server for a short time to serve requests efficiently; it contains no personal information.

Your choices

You can change your sign, language and reminder any time in the app, and you can clear all local data by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.

Astra ("uygulama"), günlük burç uygulamasıdır. Bu politika, uygulamanın hangi verileri kullandığını açıklar. Astra'yı mümkün olan en az veriyi toplayacak şekilde tasarladık — hesap, kayıt, reklam veya analitik takip yoktur.

İşlenen bilgiler

• Doğum tarihin yalnızca cihazında burcunu hesaplamak için kullanılır. Doğum tarihinin kendisi hiçbir yere kaydedilmez ve gönderilmez — yalnızca çıkan burç saklanır.
• Cihaz tercihlerin — burcun, seçtiğin dil ve günlük hatırlatma saati — telefonunda yerel olarak saklanır. Kimliğinle ilişkilendirilmez ve bize yüklenmez.
• Burç istekleri — yorumu üretmek için uygulama burcunu, tarihi ve dilini sunucumuza gönderir. İsim, e-posta, telefon, hesap, kesin konum veya cihaz kimliği gönderilmez.

Hizmet sağlayıcılar

• Vercel, yorum metnini döndüren sunucumuzu barındırır.
• Google (Gemini API), yukarıdaki burç/tarih/dil bilgisinden yorum metnini üretir.

Verini reklam için üçüncü taraflarla satmaz/paylaşmayız; analitik veya takip SDK'sı kullanmayız.

Bildirimler

Günlük hatırlatmayı açarsan, uygulama seçtiğin saatte telefonunda yerel bir bildirim planlar; tamamen cihazında çalışır.

Çocuklar

Astra genel kitleye yöneliktir, 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir.
